Dear Students,
As the 2016-17 school year comes to a close, we have been hard at work building the master schedule for the 2017-18 school year. Annually, we give to students or mail out a list of the courses you has been scheduled for, however this year, we are making this information accessible through the PowerSchool portal. It is important to note the table labeled “Student Requests” are the courses that you are enrolled in for the 17-18 year. Class periods and teacher assignments will continue to be finalized to address attempts at balancing class sizes and any potential staff changes over the summer. You may have requested other courses, but the list will only show the requests that you are enrolled in. Final schedules will be available on PowerSchool mid-August.
Errors should be addressed by filling out the Schedule Correction Form that can be found online HERE or in the school counseling office and sent to Jean Baril, administrative assistant for school counseling, at jean_baril@whps.org.
To access the list, log into the PowerSchool portal, and on the left side, select “Requests and Recommendations”. The list under the heading “Student Requests” are the courses your child is currently enrolled in for the 17-18 school year.
