If you want to bring a guest who is not a Hall High School student to the prom, you must complete this form and have it approved before a prom ticket can be purchased. Guests must be at least a freshman in high school and must be under the age of 21. A photocopy of the guest’s high school ID or state driver’s license/state ID card MUST be attached to this form.
